Chief of Staff – Fast Track to COO

About the role

We are a VC‑backed, product‑led SaaS startup at seed stage looking for a Chief of Staff to work side‑by‑side with the CEO. This is a true founder‑proxy position that will give you deep exposure to all aspects of scaling a high‑growth tech company and a fast‑track path toward a future COO or founder role.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, priority setting and cross‑functional alignment.
• Act as the CEO’s proxy across commercial, product, operations and hiring initiatives.
• Lead high‑impact projects such as major partnership deals, new go‑to‑market launches and operational process design.
• Build internal systems – dashboards, hiring pipelines, execution frameworks – to support rapid scaling.
• Prepare investor updates, strategic reports and translate customer insights into product and GTM strategy.

Required profile

• Scrappy, high‑agency professional comfortable with ambiguity and early‑stage chaos.
• Ruthless prioritiser who can identify what truly matters and drive execution.
• Owner‑mindset; takes responsibility for outcomes and sees projects through to completion.
• Operative thinker who can balance detail orientation with big‑picture strategy.

Required skills

What we offer

• Up to €85,000 base salary plus equity.
