About the role

The Department of Buildings is seeking a Head of Internal Services and Building Management (F/H) to lead the technical, administrative and accounting oversight of maintenance, upkeep and major works on departmental buildings and colleges in Troyes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily internal services related to building operations, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, renovation, construction and extension projects, monitoring progress and quality.
• Manage administrative processes, including documentation, reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and accounting for all building-related activities.
• Collaborate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to schedule and prioritize works.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in facility or building management, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of technical, administrative and financial aspects of building operations.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
