About the role

The Team Leader will drive daily store performance by welcoming and retaining customers, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the development of the sales team. This position acts as the bridge between store staff and senior management, fostering a high‑energy retail environment aligned with LEGO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Animate the team, deliver excellent customer service and build loyalty according to LEGO standards.
• Manage store planning, adapt to unforeseen events, and ensure opening and closing procedures comply with company policies.
• Provide continuous training and coaching to develop team members' skills.
• Serve as the primary communication link between management and sales staff, relaying information both ways.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for the LEGO brand.
• Flexibility to handle schedule changes and unexpected situations.
• Experience in retail or sales environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
