About the role
As the lead of industrial projects within the technical team, you will manage new works and maintenance programmes. The position requires overseeing projects that involve mechanical aspects as well as all‑trade (Tous Corps d'Etat) activities.
Key responsibilities
- Take charge of diverse projects oriented toward mechanical engineering and all‑trade works.
- Ensure the completion of the Preliminary Design Phase (Avant‑Projet Sommaire – APS).
- Conduct feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
Required profile
- Proven ability to act as a project manager for new construction and maintenance services.
- Strong understanding of mechanical project requirements and all‑trade coordination.
