About the role

As a Project Manager based in Lille, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of the company’s construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the work, from planning to execution, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets and monitor progress against milestones.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective problem‑solving.
• Oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications.
• Prepare regular status reports and present results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing construction or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Budget management and cost control.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
