Chef de Chantier Cordiste – Risques Naturels

About the role

The company, a subsidiary of the CAN Group, is looking for an experienced site manager specialized in rope‑access (cordiste) to lead natural‑risk protection projects such as rockfall barriers, reinforced structures, and sprayed concrete works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily tasks and allocate personnel to specific workstations.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and working‑condition regulations on site.
• Track progress, productivity, material consumption and stock levels.
• Ensure that all works are executed according to contract specifications.
• Participate directly in the execution of protection works.

Required profile

• Certified rope‑access worker (CQP 2 or CATC).
• 5–7 years of experience in natural‑risk protection, including 2–3 years in a site‑manager or team‑leader role.
• Preferably trained in ASQUAPRO concrete spraying.
• Strong knowledge of construction phases and various types of structures.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities, with a persuasive leadership style.
• Good command of technical documentation and IT tools (reading plans, material tracking, personnel reporting).
