About the role

Take the direction of a strategic site for DPD France. Reporting to the Regional Operational Director, you will lead a profit centre with a clear ambition to combine performance, service quality and team engagement in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring targets are met.
Drive performance metrics and profitability.
Maintain high standards of service quality for customers.
Foster engagement and development of the agency team.
Collaborate with regional leadership to align strategies.

Required profile

Leadership experience in a logistics or transport setting.
Ability to manage a profit centre.
Strong focus on performance and service quality.

Required skills

What we offer

Starting gross annual salary of €50,000.
