Chargé(e) de Relation Client – Support Réservation Hôtel en ligne

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relations & Online Hotel Booking Support specialist to assist our corporate travelers, travel agencies, and hotel partners. You will be the primary point of contact for users of our high‑performance online reservation tool, ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and ticket requests from business travelers, hotels, agencies and suppliers.
• Guide clients through the reservation process, including modifications, cancellations, refunds, add‑ons and invoicing.
• Act as liaison between clients and hotel providers, managing updates, billing adjustments and payment issues.
• Provide proactive and reactive advice on booking policies, travel guidelines and tool usage.
• Identify minor technical issues related to tool configuration or data synchronization and log tickets for resolution.
• Escalate complex problems, track ticket progress and communicate status updates to clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining high service quality.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate data handling.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online reservation platforms.
• Basic troubleshooting of configuration and synchronization issues.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems and CRM tools.
