Chargé(e) de recrutement – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Nantes office. You will be part of the recruitment team and will manage the full hiring cycle for engineering and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Define recruitment needs together with managers and commercial teams.
• Write and publish job ads on Apec, Hellowork, LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases and professional networks.
• Conduct phone screenings and interview candidates.
• Prepare technical competency dossiers for engineers and technicians.
• Maintain candidate follow‑up throughout the process.
• Support the hiring process for a start date in September.

Required profile

• Bachelor to Master degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Management, Business School or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast‑growing environment is a plus.
