About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment and Sourcing Officer to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR manager and working closely with a dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting talent for our members.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified candidates across various channels.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
