About the role

The University of Lyon seeks a student‑contract holder to welcome and integrate international students, supporting their academic and social transition.

Key responsibilities

• Promote international welcome on Instagram and create visual supports using Canva; format student testimonials.
• Attend orientation meetings, International Days, and monthly integration events (evening availability required).
• Manage the buddy‑system network and language‑exchange workshops.
• Conduct methodological tutoring sessions and guide students to health, inclusion, and prevention services.
• Assist logistics for short‑term programs (Winter/Summer schools) and accompany international groups during cultural activities.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1) and fluent French.
• Good knowledge of university services, student associations, and the city of Lyon.
• Strong sense of hospitality, oral communication, rigor, responsiveness, and responsibility.
• Empathy, openness, creativity, and ability to commit for the entire semester.
• Prior experience abroad is strongly desired.

Required skills

• Canva for visual content creation.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
