About the role

As the Customer Experience Manager for the BYD showroom, you will be the face of an innovative electric‑mobility brand, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and inspiring experience. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on product training and commercial growth across France.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide showroom visitors, providing detailed information on BYD electric vehicles.
• Deliver product training sessions to both customers and internal staff.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to continuously improve the showroom experience.
• Support the sales team by translating customer needs into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align showroom activities with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Strong interest in electric mobility and automotive innovation.
• Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus).
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
