Chargé d'Affaires CVC (F/H)

About the role

As a Chargé d'Affaires CVC, you will act as the project leader for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air‑Conditioning) assignments, working closely with the Operational Works Manager and the design office. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the projects entrusted to you, from feasibility studies to cost estimation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and feasibility studies for CVC projects.
• Participate in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate with the design office to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HVAC, building services, or related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills in French (and English preferred).
