Chargé d'Affaires Assurances Collectives

About the role

The role involves managing collective insurance contracts for a fast‑growing mutual insurer. You will act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring the delivery of health and welfare solutions that meet regulatory and commercial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of group insurance contracts (health, provident, TNS, seniors).
• Lead tender processes, including preparation of bids and compliance with public procurement rules.
• Monitor contract performance, ensure portability, conformity and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in insurance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a brokerage or insurer.
• Strong autonomy, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for client presentations.
• Experience in drafting and managing tender documents.
• Ability to monitor market trends and contract performance.
