CFO France

About the role

The CFO France is the senior finance leader for the French market unit, reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the France Leadership Team. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth, ensuring strong financial performance, and building a future‑fit finance organization through strategic planning, performance management and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the France GM to identify growth opportunities and make fact‑based decisions that support topline and margin targets.
• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecast processes, monitor performance against targets and propose corrective actions.
• Lead the finance digitalisation agenda, improve system integrity and embed insight‑driven, scalable ways of working.
• Manage the full P&L for all categories, drive profitability, SG&A control and cost‑management initiatives.
• Provide transparent reporting on performance, risks and outlook to the West Europe organization.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team covering FP&A, Marketing Finance, Sales Finance and Supply Chain Finance, in close collaboration with the Global Capability Center.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably as a CFO or Finance Director in a multi‑national environment.
• Strong track record of delivering profitable growth and managing complex P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior commercial leaders.
• Experience in finance transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
