Celebrity Talent & Entertainment Intern

About the role

Join Cartier’s Celebrity Talent & Entertainment department as an intern and support the coordination of jewelry, watch and accessory requests for high‑profile events. You will work closely with the international celebrity team, handling logistics, communication and internal support for brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating jewelry, watch and accessory requests for celebrities at red‑carpet and brand events.
• Manage travel, product logistics and on‑site needs for talent during campaign shoots and events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for jewelry security, boutiques and internal departments during celebrity dressings.
• Support booking of flights, hotels, cars, hair and makeup artists, and other logistics for talent.
• Centralize ambassador and talent materials (biographies, images, gifting tracker, budget).
• Compile celebrity target lists for campaigns, events and internal activations.
• Create event recaps, track deliverables and maintain a talent photo archive.
• Liaise with agents, brand content, press and digital teams for image approvals, press releases and social media communication.

Required profile

• Student enrolled in a business, communication or equivalent program.
• Meticulous, organized, strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, proactive, dynamic and team‑oriented.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

• Monthly remuneration starting at €1,300 gross (depending on study level).
