About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to turn member inquiries into smooth, helpful experiences. You will act as the trusted guide for members, delivering clear information and timely solutions while also contributing to innovative care projects.

Key responsibilities

Respond to member requests with accurate, friendly guidance.
Provide swift, reliable solutions that improve member satisfaction.
Allocate 80% of time to direct member support and 20% to care‑focused projects.
Identify process improvements and turn data insights into actionable actions.
Lead end‑to‑end implementations of new care initiatives.
Mentor fellow team members and help build high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

Genuine passion for helping people and solving member challenges.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Comfortable using digital tools and navigating technology.
