• Identify process improvements and turn data insights into actionable solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations and mentor fellow team members.
• Design initiatives that boost member autonomy and shape care team structures.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a similar member‑support or care‑expert role.
