About the role

As a Care Expert you will be the trusted guide for Alan’s members in France, turning complex healthcare questions into simple, human experiences. You will support members throughout their journey, providing clear information and timely solutions while also contributing to innovative care projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries with accurate, helpful information about the French healthcare system and Alan’s corporate health insurance offering.
• Deliver swift, empathetic assistance, ensuring a delightful experience for each interaction.
• Allocate 80% of time to direct member support and 20% to lead or contribute to care‑related projects.
• Identify process improvements, analyse data insights and implement actionable solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives such as member empowerment programs, care team structuring, and cross‑functional product collaborations.
• Mentor and inspire colleagues, helping to build high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping people and solving member challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with digital tools and technology‑driven workflows.
• Experience in a member‑facing or customer‑care role within the health or insurance sector.
