About the role

The position reports to senior management and is responsible for steering the medical‑care organization of the establishment. You will provide close‑by leadership to the care teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality patient support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, accompany and motivate nursing and care staff on a daily basis.
• Organise and coordinate care activities to meet operational needs.
• Maintain proximity management, fostering teamwork and addressing immediate concerns.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards.

Required profile

• Experience in managing healthcare or nursing teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
