Business Manager – Europe du Sud

About the role

We are launching a new Southern European hub in Barcelona and need a Business Manager to drive commercial growth across French‑speaking and Iberian markets. You will build the client base from scratch, prospect new accounts, and close deals while gradually shaping a local sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Directly prospect and open new accounts in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France, focusing on IT services, integrators, consulting firms, and large enterprises.
• Qualify client needs in SAP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI, present consultant profiles, and negotiate rates and contract terms.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, presentation, follow‑up, and closing – to generate early placements and margin.
• Recruit, train, and structure a small sales team; define target profiles, objectives, and compensation models.
• Implement commercial routines such as pipeline management, CRM updates, and weekly performance reviews.
• Supervise the growing team, support sales activities, monitor KPIs, and report blockers to executive management.

Required profile

• Strong B2B business development experience, preferably in IT services, staffing, consulting, or managed services.
• Proven hunter mindset with daily hands‑on prospecting and a track record of opening accounts from scratch.
• Ability to sell SAP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI solutions while remaining operational.
• Experience recruiting and structuring a small sales team.
• High autonomy, disciplined CRM usage, and results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and French.
