Business Development Manager – Paris

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new partner acquisition for its AI‑powered operating system serving the beauty, wellness and self‑care sector. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment, focusing on prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with salons, spas and related businesses across France.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, arranging in‑person meetings when needed.
• Deliver product demos and tailor presentations to showcase Fresha’s platform benefits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation to closure.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide market feedback and stay informed on industry trends.
• Handle 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log activities in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within SaaS or tech‑enabled services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
