Business Development Manager

About the role

Sunmi, a high‑tech unicorn specializing in IoT hardware and integrated software solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive its commercial growth in France. You will focus on industrial and enterprise key accounts, expanding market presence and positioning Sunmi as a leading provider of Android‑based business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across France, targeting strategic verticals such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, transportation, healthcare, and hospitality.
• Build and execute territory and account development plans to achieve sustainable growth.
• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner engagement.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, distributors, software partners, and key end users.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with European Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, and Service teams to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery.
