Business Development Manager – French Market

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the French market. Reporting to the Head of Sales, France, you will drive outbound lead generation, nurture prospects, and convert them into long‑term partners for the AI‑powered operating system serving beauty, wellness and self‑care businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets (e.g., €400 per month).
• Proactively build a pipeline of qualified leads and close new business.
• Conduct discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demos.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Background in SaaS, online marketplaces or payments is highly desirable.
• Strong consultative selling skills, organized, and able to work at a fast pace.
