Business Development Manager - Cross Border Logistic

About the role

Our client is a high‑growth, leading e‑commerce logistics provider expanding rapidly worldwide. They are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to drive growth across the European market and strengthen the brand’s influence.

Key responsibilities

• Client acquisition & management: develop and maintain new regional clients in Europe, building strong, lasting relationships.
• End‑to‑end sales ownership: manage the full sales cycle from outreach and solution pitching to final payment collection.
• Target achievement: execute personal and regional sales plans to meet annual, quarterly and monthly targets.
• Tailored solutions & pricing: collaborate with the pricing team to create commercial offers and customized solution modules.
• Market intelligence: gather and share local market insights to support global market penetration.
• Brand benchmark building: engage with industry‑leading clients to innovate business models, set market benchmarks and enhance service reputation.

Required profile

• Verified sales experience in B2C cross‑border e‑commerce logistics.
• Background in international express, freight forwarding or export logistics sales.
• Strong knowledge of export air freight, overseas warehousing, local distribution and dedicated parcel services.
• Proven track record in developing European cross‑border logistics or e‑commerce markets.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent logical thinking, negotiation and communication abilities with a customer‑service mindset.
• Highly self‑driven, able to manage pressure and thrive in a startup environment.
• Valid work visa for Europe and ability to work remotely.
