Business Developer – Southern Europe

About the role

Transatel is looking for a Business Developer to expand its presence across Southern Europe. You will focus on strategic accounts in Iberia, Italy and selected Balkan markets, driving growth in mobility, transport, industrial and smart‑city verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, open and grow strategic accounts in the target region.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals from problem framing to rollout.
• Coordinate pilots and scale them into multi‑country roll‑outs, adding routing, security and analytics services.
• Maintain a consultative sales cycle: discovery, pilot, contract, deployment.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B solution sales experience in IoT, telecom, connectivity, SaaS or edge/embedded solutions.
• Proven ability to close consultative deals with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish (the third language is a plus).
• Strong curiosity for cellular technologies such as eSIM, LTE‑M/NB‑IoT, private LTE and 5G.
