About the role
As a Business Developer – Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for expanding Hellowork's client base and strengthening existing relationships. You will work closely with decision‑makers to understand their talent needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and retain a portfolio of clients through proactive prospecting and commercial development activities.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and build lasting relationships with market decision‑makers.
- Analyze client recruitment needs to design appropriate service offerings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment sector.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable recruitment strategies.
