Business Analyst for Logistics Contract Management

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Business Analyst to support Logistics Contract Management within the Flow Enablement & Performance department in Toulouse. You will work in a transnational team, interfacing with logistics service providers, procurement, finance and digital teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and budgets are accurately managed.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain core budgeting tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for annual budget calculations.
• Maintain and improve the contractual price model.
• Share and validate input data with logistics service providers, including volumes and price updates.
• Support logistics call‑for‑tenders by preparing costing sheets, analysing bids and synthesising results.
• Prepare regular budget simulations for Finance and PIO management.
• Assist in managing a logistics budget of approximately €250 M, handling change requests and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics contract management, budgeting or financial analysis.
• Ability to work in a multi‑functional, transnational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
