Brand Sales Representative – Vape (Field Sales)

About the role

As a Brand Sales Representative for a growing vape brand, you will own the Bordeaux region and bring the product directly to retailers. You will work in the field, prospecting new Tabac and Vape shops, negotiating contracts, securing first orders, and setting up eye‑catching in‑store displays.

Key responsibilities

• Execute door‑to‑door sales, prospecting new Tabac and specialized Vape shops and following a daily route plan to meet visit and order targets.
• Lead client negotiations, sign contracts, place initial orders and secure shelf space and product displays.
• Maintain a tiered account management system, visiting core clients weekly to ensure visibility, stock levels and price compliance.
• Plan and run in‑store promotions, product sampling events and POS material deployment.
• Collect on‑ground sales data, competitor intelligence and consumer feedback, delivering a weekly market insight brief.
• Collaborate with Marketing to adapt promotional materials and relay frontline feedback on flavors, pricing, packaging and compliance.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France with native‑level French and basic English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in field sales or route‑to‑market roles within FMCG, tobacco, vape or alcoholic beverage sectors.
• Valid French driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
• Familiarity with the vape retail landscape and an existing network of Tabac/Vape shop contacts is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and basic proficiency in English.
• Valid French driver’s licence.
• Own a vehicle or willingness to use a personal car for business travel.
