Brand Protection Manager, EMEA

About the role

The Brand Protection Manager for EMEA will safeguard ALO’s brand by identifying and removing counterfeit and unauthorized products across offline markets. Based in Paris, the role works closely with global and regional partners and involves regular travel throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EMEA liaison to the Global Brand Protection team, supporting global initiatives and regional projects.
• Lead and coordinate offline enforcement activities, including investigations, test purchases, and civil or criminal actions.
• Collaborate with investigators, law firms, customs, police and other authorities to ensure timely and well‑documented case execution.
• Maintain accurate case‑tracking systems, documenting investigation updates, status changes and enforcement results.
• Prepare case summaries, data logs and investigation status reports.
• Oversee vendor activity to ensure data quality and protocol compliance.
• Analyze trends and support continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in anti‑counterfeiting enforcement and brand protection.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple investigations and vendors across a region.
• Experience working with law enforcement, customs, investigators, agencies and law firms.
• Strong communication skills for organizing and escalating case information.
• Fluent English and comfortable in cross‑cultural, global team environments.
