Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

About the role

Reebelo is seeking a French‑English speaking Customer Service Representative to join its global support team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in France and Canada, delivering fast, accurate, and friendly assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, issues and feedback via email, phone and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain high satisfaction scores and meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time and quality assurance.
• Test and validate new support features within the ticketing platform.
• Identify and surface recurring trends to help resolve technical problems quickly.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product and Sales teams to communicate issues and drive solutions.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role serving French‑speaking or Canadian customers.
• Experience in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment with multichannel support (email, phone, chat).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to follow brand voice guidelines.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
