Bilingual AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual AI Trainer to help improve AI chatbots by providing writing and editing tasks, measuring progress, and evaluating model performance. The role requires expert-level proficiency in both English and French and a strong background in communications or journalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure and report on the progress of AI models, focusing on correctness and logical consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to enhance the quality of each model.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement improvements based on evaluation results.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
