BI Group Cross-Sell Manager (Mid-Market Channel)

About the role

Coface is looking for a commercially driven, globally experienced manager to lead the strategic expansion of its Business Information line into the Trade Credit Insurance mid-market ecosystem, including through the broker channel. Reporting to the Group BI Head of cross-sell and broker channel, the role operates at group level and drives cross-sell revenue growth by identifying synergies, embedding Business Information solutions and helping brokers become advocates across 50+ markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global cross-sell strategy for TCI mid-market customers and own BI revenue targets across all regions, partnering with regional teams and developing messaging frameworks and campaign assets.
• Analyze market trends and customer segments to identify growth opportunities, represent BI solutions at global events and work with marketing on campaigns.
• Create sales playbooks, messaging and campaign assets for direct and broker channels, and track performance metrics, pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
• Lead pilots and proof-of-value engagements in priority regions and broker territories, and monitor pipeline health and CRM discipline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global B2B commercial leadership, ideally in data, analytics or financial services.
• Strong expertise in cross-sell strategy and execution in a mid-market environment.
• Deep understanding of credit risk data and its applications in trade and finance.
• Executive-level communication skills, strategic thinking and ability to lead change across diverse markets.
