Banking Consultant – Transformation Projects

About the role

Magellan is seeking a Banking Consultant to support major banking clients in their transformation journeys. You will work within multidisciplinary teams, applying business expertise and technology knowledge to drive change across retail banking, process optimisation, payment systems, compliance and data initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to transformation projects for large banking clients.
• Develop and enhance Magellan’s banking service offerings.
• Conduct consulting assignments and transformation studies.
• Draft commercial proposals and support business development activities.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as recruitment, training and knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience as a consultant in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering client value.
• Willingness to engage in the firm’s commercial and internal activities.
