About the role

Infotel is looking for a Backend Java/Spring Boot developer to support its banking and insurance clients. The role involves working on long‑term projects, from initial design through to full implementation, within a collaborative IT services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services using Spring Boot.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Contribute to code reviews, performance optimisation, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong background in Java development and familiarity with the Java ecosystem.
• Experience delivering solutions for the banking or insurance sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
