Automotive Trainer (France)

About the role

Solera is looking for an experienced Automotive Trainer to deliver high‑quality training programs across France. Working virtually with frequent travel, you will support both on‑site and remote learning experiences for customers in the automotive body‑shop segment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver automotive training courses on‑site and remotely, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Develop, update and maintain training materials such as presentations and handouts.
• Collaborate with the training team to identify needs, design programs and schedule sessions.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations and best practices, integrating them into curricula.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address training‑related inquiries.
• Continuously improve training methodologies and report on program effectiveness.
• Support the Sales team as a subject‑matter expert and contribute to revenue targets.
• Work with Professional Services on major projects, including platform migrations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, especially for the body‑shop segment.
• Proven experience delivering automotive training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel across France as needed.
