Associate Team Lead Growth

About the role

As an Associate Team Lead Growth you will drive performance of Homa’s live mobile game portfolio, owning growth strategies and leading a small team of junior specialists. You will work at the intersection of user acquisition, monetisation and product, leveraging data and AI to scale games enjoyed by millions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute growth strategies for assigned live games, improving ROI through A/B testing, ad‑network optimisation and data‑driven iteration.
• Manage and develop 2‑3 junior Growth Specialists, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for results.
• Collaborate closely with Monetisation and Product teams to align priorities, launch tests and translate insights into game improvements.
• Identify, prioritise and activate appropriate ad‑network models for each game’s stage and KPIs, acting quickly to capture scale opportunities.
• Utilise AI tools daily to analyse cross‑game data, automate processes and uncover new leverage points.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, user acquisition, monetisation or product for live mobile games.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑first approach to decision making.
• Leadership experience managing small teams and driving results.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product and monetisation stakeholders.
• Comfort with AI‑enabled tools and rapid experimentation.
