Associate Director Field Medical Affairs Oncology (MSL) - Paris Est

About the role

Regeneron is looking for an Associate Director Field Medical Affairs (MSL) Oncology to join its Medical Affairs team in a field-based role covering Paris Est and the eastern region of France. You will drive scientific exchange, share medical insights and support research initiatives while working with healthcare professionals, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial and Medical Affairs colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and investigators
• Identify medical insights and advise internal stakeholders
• Serve as a scientific resource on disease state and portfolio-related data
• Support company-sponsored studies through investigator and site identification, and advance investigator-initiated study concepts
• Respond to scientific inquiries and present clinical data compliantly
• Attend conferences and report scientific, clinical and competitive intelligence

Required profile

• PhD, PharmD, MD or DVM
• 8+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years in Field Medical Affairs or Medical Management within Oncology
• Oncology expertise; skin cancer and/or lung cancer experience preferred
• Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, EU regulations and compliant pharmaceutical practices
• Experience supporting company-sponsored, investigator-initiated or clinical research studies
• Established KOL relationships and drug launch experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight and occasional weekend trips

• Salary range of EUR 84,675 to EUR 141,125 per year
