Associate Consultant (2027 Graduates)

About the role

Appian Customer Success is looking for an Associate Consultant for 2027 graduates, within its elite consulting branch that partners directly with clients to turn ambitious ideas into reality. The role focuses on building modern applications and process solutions on the Appian platform, with training provided on the specific technical competencies needed.

Key responsibilities

• Construct, implement and deploy custom, process-centric business applications using the Appian platform
• Evaluate client business strategies and operations to design technical solutions that solve complex workflow inefficiencies
• Build rapid functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models using design thinking
• Combine process improvement disciplines such as application integration, business intelligence and knowledge management
• Work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, communicating verbally and in writing

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a record of high performance in and outside the classroom
• Fluent French and English
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to persuade and influence stakeholders
• Analytical, logical problem solver who can turn business problems into process workflows
• Willingness to travel, up to 20% per year
• Preferred: foundational experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL), fluency in AI and LLMs, and leadership experience

• Base salary range of EUR 25,000 to 75,000, with a possible discretionary bonus
