About the role

The Associate, Business Process Services supports functional consulting activities that help customers define business needs and translate them into ERP requirements. Working under close supervision, the role follows established procedures to complete day‑to‑day tasks and assists in preparing functional documentation.

Key responsibilities

Supports requirements gathering with customer stakeholders.
Collects and organises business information needed for analysis.
Assists in documenting business processes and identifying issues.
Helps translate business needs into basic ERP module requirements.
Makes minor pre‑approved changes to processes or documentation and escalates complex issues to senior colleagues.

Required profile

Education in business, IT or a related field.
Basic understanding of business processes and ERP concepts.
Ability to follow structured processes and complete assigned tasks.
Clear communication skills with internal teams and customers.
Ability to perform simple analysis to support functional work and willingness to learn and develop consulting skills.
