About the role

The Medical Administrative Assistant supports the pediatric psychiatry department of the CH Guillaume Régnier hospital, handling patient and professional communications, managing files and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls from patients, families and professionals.
• Welcome visitors and patients in the central consultation area.
• Manage patient records in coordination with healthcare teams.
• Draft, format and file letters, summaries, reports and other documents.
• Record clinical acts in the hospital information system.
• Maintain office supplies and support the logistical needs of the service.
• Facilitate liaison between the administrative team and clinical units.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff.
• Organised, attentive to detail and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling telephone and face‑to‑face reception.
• Experience with patient file management and document preparation.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and document formatting.
