Assistant/Associate/Full Professor – Business Ethics (Finance specialization)

About the role

EDHEC Business School is seeking an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor specialized in Business Ethics with a focus on Ethics in Finance. The successful candidate will join the Nice campus, contribute to both graduate and undergraduate programmes, and support the school’s strategic agenda on pedagogical innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in top‑tier international journals.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Ethics and Finance Ethics.
• Develop and implement innovative, active‑learning, blended or e‑learning approaches.
• Participate in departmental and school‑wide initiatives, including the “Generations 2050” strategic plan.
• Engage in faculty life, mentorship, and community outreach.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Ethics, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated record of publications in leading academic journals.
• Proven ability to teach at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• High capacity for pedagogical innovation and enthusiasm for active learning.
• Strong communication skills, personal and professional ethics, and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
