About the role

Our client, a specialist with over 30 years of experience in passive fire protection, technical joinery, false ceilings and plasterwork, is seeking an Assistant ADV / Technique (Assistant Works) to join their team in Villeparisis, France. The role provides administrative and technical support for ongoing construction and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

Assist the project and technical teams with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare and manage documentation related to fire protection and joinery works.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support the tracking of project progress and reporting.

Required profile

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in French.
Interest or background in construction, fire protection or related technical fields.
