Assistant Roofer (Aide Couvreur)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Roofer to join our team on construction sites around Nantes. The role supports roofers in daily tasks, ensuring materials are ready and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare roofing materials such as tiles, slates, and zinc.
• Assist roofers in installing roof coverings following safety guidelines.
• Help install waterproofing membranes to protect against water infiltration.
• Participate in cleaning and maintaining gutters and downspouts.
• Strictly adhere to on‑site safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence (Category B).
• CAP or BEP qualification in roofing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work at height and a current medical certificate.
