Assistant Producer

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Producer to support the full lifecycle of our productions, from pre‑production planning through final delivery. In this role you will act as the central hub that keeps schedules, logistics and communication aligned across all departments, ensuring each project runs smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of productions across all stages.
• Coordinate and maintain production schedules, booking resources and tracking milestones.
• Manage logistical elements such as location arrangements, equipment rentals and travel coordination.
• Facilitate clear communication between crew, clients, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and flag issues to keep timelines on track.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production or administrative role within a creative environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and clear communication style with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team‑first mindset and genuine passion for creative production.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Competence in standard office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
