Assistant Presse Stagiaire

About the role

Maison Margiela is seeking a Press Assistant Intern for a 6‑month placement starting in September. The intern will support the press and public relations team in coordinating press shipments, handling journalist inquiries, and monitoring media coverage for the brand’s collections and events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate press and celebrity requests, including sending materials, managing returns and following up with journalists, agents and stylists.
• Maintain the press showroom, ensure samples are organized and displayed correctly.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of fashion shows and other brand events.
• Support the communications, press and celebrity team on various ad‑hoc tasks.
• Conduct media monitoring and compile performance reports for press campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Highly organized, autonomous, enthusiastic and rigorous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Fashion GPS software.
