Assistant Administratif – Service Transport

About the role

IZIWORK is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support the transport department of a logistics platform in Villars‑les‑Dombes. The role involves welcoming drivers and handling daily delivery documentation, with two possible shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and greet drivers arriving at the site.
• Manage and file daily delivery documents.
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping of transport paperwork.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to maintain smooth operations.
• Work according to one of two shift schedules: 14:30‑22:30 Tue‑Sat (12:00‑20:00 on Saturday) or 09:00‑16:30 Mon‑Fri.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Open to students and candidates seeking short‑term work.
• Strong rigor and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer tools.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €12.31.
• Additional 10% end‑of‑mission indemnity and 10% paid‑leave premium, bringing the gross rate to €14.90.
