About the role

Join GE Vernova's wind turbine division as an apprentice focused on improving quality procedures. You will work on concrete projects that enhance painting repair validation, traceability, and dashboard management within a strategic offshore wind environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the painting repair and validation process, ensuring standards are consistently applied across production zones B1 to B7 and rework before nacelle shipment.
• Develop traceability tools to monitor compliance with repair standards.
• Create and merge dashboards for "Incoming" and "Rework" activities, enhancing configuration management of inspection checklists.
• Participate in additional improvement projects throughout the apprenticeship.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Curiosity, rigor, teamwork spirit, eagerness to learn, and initiative.
• Comfortable using English for reading, writing work documents, phone communication, and preparing presentations.
