About the role
The role involves supporting the installation of KONE equipment on customer sites, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while maintaining effective on‑site communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
- Ensure safe, high‑quality, and timely installation following KONE methods.
- Report installation progress to the supervisor and handle shortages or damage promptly.
- Maintain installation tooling in good condition and ensure proper storage and handling of equipment.
- Coordinate with builders to avoid interruptions and follow the A.M. manual and field letter updates.
Required profile
- May be required to train or coach trainees and helpers as directed by the supervisor.
- Familiarity with the A.M. manual and awareness of field letter updates.
Required skills
- Effective on‑site communication with customers.
- Project management of installation tasks.
- Receiving, checking, and storing materials safely.
