Airframe Controller – Systems

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Airframe Controller for Systems to join its Airframe Controlling department in Toulouse. The role focuses on cost and revenue management, performance monitoring and reporting for the Systems & Connectivity product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑year financial plans, build business cases and assess risks for strategic decisions.
• Analyse detailed P&L, cash‑flow and unit‑cost performance, track variances and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Set up cost‑accounting structures, apply allocation schemes (tax, IAS 38, management fees) and manage auditor relationships.
• Calculate hourly rates, define head‑count targets, reallocate costs and validate purchase commitments.
• Create tailored financial tools and promote financial‑concept awareness across operational teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, business partnering or audit, preferably in aerospace or a similar high‑tech environment.
